By accessing and using PickleConnect ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

PickleConnect is a platform that connects pickleball players with facilities for court bookings, open play sessions, and tournament registrations. Our Service includes:

• Court booking and reservation management
• Open play session scheduling
• Payment processing for bookings
• Club and facility management tools
• Player profile management

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Bookings and Payments

When you make a booking through our Service:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your booking
• Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (PayMongo, GCash)
• Cancellation policies vary by facility and are displayed before booking confirmation
• Prices are displayed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by individual facilities. Please review the cancellation policy shown during booking. Generally:

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before the booking may be eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before may be subject to partial or no refund
• Refunds are processed through the original payment method within 5-10 business days

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the Service or other users. Prohibited activities include:

• Impersonating another person or entity
• Submitting false or misleading information
• Interfering with the Service's operation
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Harassing, abusing, or harming other users

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by PickleConnect and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

PickleConnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. We are not responsible for the conduct of facility operators or other users.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
